George Seay
GEORGE
SEAY, CFA is the Founder & Chairman of Annandale Capital. Mr. Seay earned
his BA in history summa cum laude, and his MBA, with a Dean’s Award for
academic excellence, from the University of Texas at Austin, and his JD, cum
laude, from SMU, where he was President of the SMU Law Review Association and a
member of the Order of Barristers. He founded Seay Stewardship & Investment
Company, the predecessor company to Annandale, in 1998 and founded Annandale in
2005. Mr. Seay is Chairman of the Clements Center for National Security, the
Texas-Israel Alliance, and former Chairman of ART, the McCombs School of
Business at UT Austin, the Texas State History Museum Foundation, Legacy, and
the Founder of Sky Ranch Ute Trail. His prior professional experience includes
working for the Governor of Texas and the Deputy Secretary of State for the
United States.
Craig Wenning
CRAIG WENNING is the Chief Executive Officer of Annandale Capital. Prior to joining Annandale in 2009, Mr. Wenning served as the Senior Director of Operations of Watermark Community Church and was Vice President of Symmetry Capital Advisors, LLC, where he managed money for high net worth individuals and families. Prior to business school, Mr. Wenning held various management roles at the technology startup LifeMinders.com. His efforts culminated in helping take LifeMinders public on the NASDAQ. Previously, he worked in investment banking as an analyst at Friedman Billings Ramsey. Mr. Wenning also serves on a few boards including North Avenue Capital, Trinity Christian Academy, and as Chairman of Need Him Global. He was an Arjay Miller Scholar at Stanford University where he received his M.B.A. He also graduated from the Honors College of Clemson University with a B.S. in accounting where he was awarded the Norris Medal as the university’s most outstanding student.
Ryan Hembree
RYAN HEMBREE is the Director of Operations and Chief Compliance Officer for Annandale Capital. He joined the firm in 2007 after graduating from Southern Methodist University with a BS in Finance. In 2012, Ryan successfully obtained his CFA® designation.
Elijah Cunningham
ELIJAH CUNNINGHAM currently serves as Annandale’s Director of Research. He joined Annandale as an Analyst in 2009. Mr. Cunningham received his BA in Economics from Hendrix College in 2007 and MA in Applied Economics from Southern Methodist University in 2008.
Will Chaney
WILL CHANEY joined Annandale Capital in 2012 and serves as Vice President of Client Service. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Spanish in 2010. Will has obtained his CFP® certification.
